GRAPE VARIETIES. 25% Chardonnay, 25% Macabeu, 25% Parellada, 25% Xarel·lo.

AGEING ON LEES. 18 months minimum.

VINIFICATION. This cava has been made according to the traditional method. It was aged in our cellars at a constant 16°C, and manually fined in wooden racks. It was also disgorged manually and the disgorgement date is printed on the back label.

VINE AGE. Average age 20 years.

TASTING NOTES. Nicely balanced and lightly elegant with nutty and lemony aromas. Wheaty and yeasty personality with a fine mousse, plenty of freshness and a crisp finish.

AGEING POTENTIAL. It will be in optimum condition for the following 18 months.

FOOD PAIRINGS. As an aperetif, or with freshwater fish or shellfish.

FURTHER INFORMATION. Grapes grown organically, guaranteed by the Catalan Council for Organic Farming.

Wine suitable for vegans.

We recommend serving it at 6°C.
